- The Seagull's Nest: A classic, Jersey Shore, Victorian-style beach house. Originally built in 1900, it was recently renovated to bring a modern charm to a three-story home that comfortably sleeps 12 guests.
- Sunset Manor: A newer 4 bedroom waterfront home that overlooks the Shark River and Belmar Marina. The home was constructed in 2018 and is located directly across from the L Street Beach along Maclearie Park.
